RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you recieve it and contact me immediately if you have any issues, so that I can assess and resolve them.
Depending on the issue and the product I can either replace the order or refund it, but that is to be discussed via E-Mail.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
I cannot accept returns on discounted items or B-Grade items, since those are bought with awarenss of them being imperfect.
Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, I will tell you how I'll process your refund, since I'll have to do that manually. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
PROBLEMATIC CUSTOMERS
Problematic customers won't be able to order in my shop again, after they break the rules.
Orders will be cancelled automatically.
If these problematic customers don't stop ordering, I will charge a cancellation fee to cover my costs for refunds.
